We love to build relationships with our clients and "patients" and hear about how your pets are getting on between visits.

We have been clients of the practice since we moved to the area thirteen years ago and can honestly say it is by far the best practice we have ever been to.

When you first contact them whether by phone or a visit, you are greeted by the kindest friendly and efficient receptionists.  They are so helpful and always have a kind word with “the patient”.  The vets and nurses are also very kind and friendly and without exception dedicated and skilled, devoting as much time as needed without ever making you feel hurried and are so gentle with the animals.  Everywhere even behind the scenes is so fresh and clean.

Diane is our “special vet”.  It is so nice to be able to see the same vet most of the time.  She is like a friend and our dogs have got to know her really well over the years.  She is the most kind and understanding person, always greeting with a smile.  We cannot praise her care and skills highly enough, she is so dedicated.  It is without doubt her skills which have kept our dogs healthy and comfortable in their old age.  Nothing is ever too much trouble however trivial.  And when we had to have one “put to sleep” she was so kind and compassionate, it really helped us to make the right decision.  We would highly recommend the whole practice to all and wish them every success in the future.

Hi,

I am writing this after my dog has spent four days being nursed back to health after having gastroenteritis.  Whilst she was with Cockburn's I was kept informed of her progress at least twice a day by the vet taking care of her and was able to visit her everyday the practice was open.  I am so grateful to all of the staff at Cockburn's for being so helpful and understanding throughout and am very happy that she has made a full recovery.
