How To Register

Waiting Room

Registering with Cockburn Veterinary Group means that your pet will have his/her own file which every vet and vet nurse in the practice will refer to, every time we see your animal.

Your pet’s file isn’t just for medical records but somewhere we can note all of the little details about likes and dislikes which ensure that everyone at the practice will care for your pet in the way that suits him/her best.

Whenever you make an appointment, attend a free clinic or have treatment prescribed, your vet or vet

nurse will update your pet’s file to help us to provide personalised, continuous care.

And of course, should you ever have to contact us in an emergency, our duty vet will have access to your pet’s file to ensure that any advice or treatment provided takes into account everything we know about your much-loved  animal.

Contact us today for an appointment to visit the practice for your first check-up and a getting to know you session so we can create a file for your pet.

If you’re visiting our website in an emergency, and have not yet registered, you can contact us and we’ll take care of registration later.  Please note that for pets not registered with Cockburn Veterinary Group, we have to charge an emergency fee on top of any consultancy or treatment fee.  Once you’re registered, you’ll only pay for any consultancy or treatment.
