The Welcome Party

When we tell people that we have a team of 7 receptionists and an accounts manager, they often ask why we need so many.  But if you’ve ever been here on a busy day you’ll know just how important a well-staffed reception is for a large practice. 

On your first visit, one of our receptionists will register your pet’s details, so we can start your pet’s file.  Meanwhile, if you’re telephoning for an appointment, there’s always someone else available to take your call, while another one of our staff is booking arrivals in for their appointments.

And, because our reception team understands that animals don’t usually like to be cooped up in their travel cages, they keep our practice appointment schedule running smoothly, so you never have to wait too long. 

Between them, our reception and admin team have quite a menagerie; a total of  9 cats, 6 dogs, five horses and an assortment of fish including a 25 year old goldfish!
